This item has been sold A stunning mahogany Victorian sideboard that has been professionally distressed using Annie Sloan chalk paint. The item is Victorian and dates C1880. The piece is a good size but not too large. The solid mahogany top has been left exposed as it adds that extra touch to this beautiful piece of furniture. The sideboard has plenty of internal room and has been sympathetically painted inside too. The piece has been hand painted and distressed with a finishing of wax that seals it nicely. This sideboard would grace any kitchen or dining room perfectly. It comes in two pieces with the top part split into three separate mirrors which are thick bevelled and two small shelves. The lower portion has two drawers with the original steel handles. The cupboard doors open to reveal shelves and a drawer for keeping bottles in. The original mahogany top is made of two pieces and there is a very small gap running the length of the piece which I have tried to picture.
